Add documents to the AI Model in Inspect
You can manually add selected documents to the AI Model. The AI Model works with documents that have an Extracted Text Size greater than 0. If any documents you want to model do not meet that criteria, for example third-party data loaded using Desktop Client, use the Modify Document Action to adjust the content of this field.

To manually add selected documents to the AI Model, perform the following procedure.

In the Main Menu, select Analyze>Inspect.

Identify the document population for the AI Model.

Optional. To quickly reference the document population for this model, move the documents to a folder or saved search.

Verify that all documents in this population contain Extracted Text. Use Search Builder to find any documents in the population with Extracted Text Size of 0. If any exist, use the Modify Metadata option of the Modify Document Action to increase the Extracted Text Size field value to greater than 0. In the Document Actions pane, click AI Model.

In Job Name, type a name to identify the job.

Click Submit.
